Benjamin Tafolla Arroyo

Benjamín Tafolla Arroyo (Benji) is a floor acrobatics and physical conditioning educator with over 10 years of experience teaching movement for the performing arts and high-performance training.

Originally from Zamora, Michoacán, he began his physical training in childhood through artistic gymnastics and athletic fitness, later developing in competitive disciplines such as dance and cheerleading, where he earned national-level recognitions.

His professional career includes collaborations with prestigious dance academies, companies, and educational institutions, training both formative groups and competitive students.

He has worked as a coach and instructor in programs connected to ITESM and in various specialized academies, and is recognized for his technical, human-centered, and pedagogical approach. He is the creator of the BETA methodology, founder of ACROBAT+ DOCENTES, and co-founder of the ACROBAT+ Workshop—projects focused on integrating acrobatics as a conscious and functional language within dance.

He has completed studies in Biomechanics Applied to the Performing Arts, Neuropedagogy Applied to the Performing Arts, and continues ongoing education in injury prevention, positive coaching, and movement pedagogy. His teaching is rooted in a personalized, conscious, and inclusive approach, where movement becomes a tool for self-awareness, confidence, and transformation.
