What does an Open Gym Train-Cation Retreat at Casa Chango look like?

Imagine yourself in Mexico at an all-inclusive eco-resort that was co-created by dreamers, artists & circus performers.

You can exercise, practice aerial arts, play, and dance in our open-air circus gym, lounge by the pool and jacuzzi and be fully supported with 3 balanced and healthy meals a day.

The dance/yoga studio is yours to use any time of day for your ground practice. The gym is ours to use outside of program classes for open training, skill shares, and creative research. Private lessons may be available upon request. Everything is optional, and each person is encouraged and supported to create their own experience.

You will be exposed all of the wonderful things that our home in Puerto Escondido, Mexico has to offer. Enjoy beach trips, nature excursions, hike to the river, massages, and more to create the experience you are looking for.

Everyone is welcome. Friends, families, kids, etc. Come alone, or bring your crew!
